Lorís Simón Salum

Lorís Simón Salum earned her Psychology degree from Rice University and began working as a filmmaker. She joined the Literal Magazine team in 2005 as a Visual Media Consultant while also interning at Univision and PBS. A few years later, Lorís began Ensoulment as a proposed project for Literal Magazine in which she took the lead as director. Lorís completed her graduate degree at the University of St Thomas in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is currently working in private practice in Houston.

Patrick Smith

Patrick Smith has written, produced, animated, and directed six award winning films. Smith made his directorial debut for the Emmy nominated MTV series "Down-Town", continuing on to direct the popular animated series "Daria." Currently Smith is a professor of animation for the graduate program at New York University

Jordan Patton is an accredited IMDB sound designer. He has been the lead designer for Coija: The Midnight Warrior and boom mic operator/ADR editor/foley/sound design artist for Broken Blood, two among his many projects.
